Costs

AppliedOrtho currently participates as a contracted provider with the following insurance companies:

• CareFirst BC/BS, all plans
• Aetna, PPO and POS plans only
• Medicare
• Tricare Standard

For patients with the above insurance companies that wish to receive dry needling and laser therapy in conjunction with other services an additional $15.00 fee will be applied.

AppliedOrtho Physical Therapy also participates with most other insurance companies (PPO and or POS plans) as an out of network provider. As a courtesy, AppliedOrtho Physical Therapy would be happy to contact your insurance company to determine out of network benefits.

All appointments are one on one with a highly skilled and qualified physical therapist.
